Self Drive Rental
Rental Rates:
- Our rental rates are inclusive of comprehensive car protection
- Your maximum liability in the event of car damage is USD 1000.
If the damage is minor, let us know, and it likely won't cost you anything.
If the damage is significant, we will use insurance to cover the repair. Regardless of the extent of the damage,
your maximum liability is capped at USD 1000
Services and Government Taxes:
- All rates include applicable service charges and government taxes
- Our rental rates include unlimited mileage/kilometers within the Bali island area
- We accept payments by credit card (VISA or MasterCard) and paypal
- All vehicles are equipped with air conditioning and power steering
Rental Policies:
- Rental Period: The rental period is calculated on a 24-hour basis. Late returns may incur additional charges
- Driver Requirements: The driver must possess a valid driving license and be at least 21 years old
- Fuel Policy: The car will be provided with a certain amount of fuel. It should be returned with the same amount of fuel. If not, refueling charges will apply
- Insurance: The rental fee includes basic insurance coverage. In case of an accident or damage, the renter is liable for up to USD 1000. Additional insurance can be purchased for further coverage
- Maintenance and Repairs: Routine maintenance and repairs due to normal wear and tear are covered by Milky Way Bali Car Rental. Any damage caused by the renter's negligence or violation of the rental agreement will be the renter's responsibility
- Roadside Assistance: 24/7 roadside assistance is available in case of emergencies or breakdowns
Rentals with Driver
For non-natives who are first-time self-driving in Bali, numerous challenges can arise. Despite having a driving license, it's essential to know the routes and road conditions
Even with a map and GPS, many drivers, especially those with little experience, may stray or get lost due to unexpected changes or alternative pathways
To avoid these issues, hiring a driver is the best solution. Milky Way Bali Car Rental offers car rental services with experienced drivers
Our drivers are selected, trained, and have extensive knowledge of Bali's roads and routes. They are English-speaking and can provide free travel guides, describing places and tourist destinations in Bali
You won't have to worry about getting lost or stressed on the road; instead, you can relax and enjoy your vacation
Additional Costs:
- Ticket Attraction and Parking: The cost of ticket attractions and parking fees is the renter's responsibility
- Driver Fee: USD 12.00 per day (maximum 12 hours).
- Driver Overnight: If you are staying in different locations such as Madewi, Jatiluwih, Pemuteran, Munduk, Lovina, Amed, Tulamben, Candidasa, Sidemen, there will be an extra cost of USD 15.00 per night for the driver's accommodation, including food and beverage
Driver Overnight Policy:
- If your hotel/accommodation is close to our Denpasar base (e.g., Kuta, Nusa Dua, Jimbaran, Sanur, or Ubud), there is no additional accommodation cost for the driver
- For locations farther away, an extra cost of USD 15.00 per night applies for the driver's accommodation
Liability
Milky Way Bali Car Rental is not liable for any loss or damage to personal belongings left in the vehicle during the rental period.
The renter is responsible for ensuring the vehicle is locked and secured when not in use
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the courts of Bali
